Bella Vista wasn't born in a boardroom. It started in a small apartment kitchen in 2018, where Chef Marco Rossi was cooking the same Sunday dinners his grandmother had made for decades — slow-braised sauces, hand-rolled pasta, bread that took two days to make right.
His grandmother had one rule she repeated every single week: "If you wouldn't serve it to family, don't serve it at all." That rule became the foundation of everything Bella Vista is today.
When Marco opened the doors downtown, he brought one chef, four tables, and zero shortcuts. Eight years later the restaurant has grown — but the rule hasn't changed. Every sauce is still made from scratch every morning. Every ingredient still comes from farms within 50 miles. And every guest still gets treated like they're sitting at the family table.
